It is no longer news that millions of people in Lagos state are pleased with the leadership style and the gains recorded by the governor of Lagos state, Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu, and on this premise, clamour for another term for the performing governor has been subject of discussion.
However, the leadership of Christian Association does f Nigeria, CAN, Lagos chapter, has decided to play the lead by openly declaring total support for Sanwo-Olu to have a second term even as next generation election in 2023 is fast approaching.
This was made known by leadership of CAN Lagos state, at year 2022 inter-denominational divine service.
“The blind can see the developments going on in Lagos and the determination to consolidate the THEMES agenda is wonderful and because of your outstanding performance, the church in Lagos State is saying unequivocally that one good turn deserves another and since you do not change a winning team, let us all pray and support this performing, pragmatic, wonderful, ever consciously proactive, people-oriented and God fearing government to continue for a second term”.
