Senegal President, Macky Sall Listens To Primate Ayodele, Fixes Election Date (VIDEO)

The President of Senegal, Macky Sall has listened to the divine counsel of Primate Elijah Ayodele by fixing the presidential election of the country to a much earlier date than earlier proposed.

The presidential election which should have originally been held in February was indefinitely postponed a few days to the election and later shifted to December 2024 by the parliament. This postponement caused a political crisis that led to death and unrest in the country.

Primate Ayodele who has been warning President Macky Sall to be careful of his activities for some time now called on the president to reject the urge to extend his tenure and hold the election in December. Macky Sall’s tenure will end in April and holding the election in December would mean a controversial extension of his tenure.

Primate Ayodele declared to him in a video interview that there will be a coup against him if he insists on holding the election in December.

These were his words

‘’Macky Sall, if you don’t want to cause problems, let the election be held before your term expires. If you go beyond your term, Senegal will become a danger spot and there will be problems. You won’t have peace and there will be a coup. If there’s no coup, a curse will be placed on you. Listen or you will fail, don’t stay there till December.’’

In response to the prophet’s directives, the Senegal government announced that it will hold its delayed presidential election on March 24 following weeks of political turmoil and violent protests calling for an immediate vote.

Sall also dissolved the government on Wednesday, replacing Prime Minister Amadou Ba with Interior Minister Sidiki Kaba. The presidency said that change would help Ba, who is the ruling coalition’s presidential candidate, focus on his electoral campaign.
