Another nollywood actor, Ibrahim Shatta loses son
Popular Yoruba Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Ibrahim Chatta, has shared the heartbreaking news of his son’s passing. He announced the sad news on his Instagram account on Saturday, expressing his deep sorrow and accepting it as part of God’s plan. In his heartfelt message, he wrote, “Inna liLlahi wa inna ileyhi rajiun. Ya Allah, You are the Knower of all things. Rest on Dear Son, Champ.”
This tragic loss comes just a few days after another actress, Peju Ogunmola, experienced a similar heartbreak, losing her only son. Her son was with veteran actor Sunday Omobolanle, known as Papi Luwe.
These two devastating events have left the Nollywood community in mourning, with many friends, colleagues, and fans sending their condolences to both families during this difficult time.
