Aare of Lagos, Chief Rasaq Okoya Holds Low Key 82nd Birthday Anniversary Celebration 

It was a memorable day for Chief (Dr.) Rasaq Akanni Okoya, CON (Aare of Lagos) as family, friends and well-wishers gathered at his home, Oluwanishola Estate, Ajah to celebrate his 82nd birthday anniversary.

The birthday celebration started with  prayers being made  at his Mosque within the Oluwanishola Estate, where dignitaries from all walks of life gathered to felicitate the business mogul “Mr. Eleganza”.

Addressing newsmen, the Are  of Lagos,  Chief Okoya expressed his gratitude to God for his life at 82 as he also expressed his sadness over loss of his in-law  in the person of former governor of Oyo state, Chief Alao Akala, on the same day.

In her speech, wife of the celebrant, Chief Dr. (Mrs) Shade Okoya,  wished her husband a happy birthday. She prayed God blesses him with many more years in good health and sound mind.

The Occasion, it was learnt was made low key because of the passing away of Otunba Alao Akala earlier in the day.

In an exclusive chat with Chief Rasaq He advised Nigerian youths to work hard and be focus to enable them realize breakthrough.

He hinted it took him many years of hard work to build his business Empire.

He believes with hard work,  Nigerian youths can be as successful as he has become. He also urge them to pray for good leadership, because according to him, NIgeria is a country with a lot of genuine business potentials that only need right leadership to harness and made thriven.
