Interior Minister Tunji-Ojo receives NAICOM Commissioner, top management team on courtesy visit
Today, I received the Commissioner for Insurance and CEO of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), Mr. Olusegun Ayo Omosehin, with his top management team on a high-level courtesy visitation to my office.
During our meeting, we discussed the critical need for an inclusive insurance policy that covers risks faced by travelers, migrants, workers, and families daily.
We also exchanged ideas on modalities and frameworks to strengthen local insurers, protect policyholders, and enforce capacity-driven categorization.
I am elated to see our government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) restoring public trust, and expanding access to micro-insurance for the average citizen.
