RATTAWU SOUTH WEST ZONE APPRECIATES MEMBERS FOR PRODUCTIVE YEAR 2024
The National Vice President of Radio Television Theatre and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria, RATTAWU, South West Zone, Comrade Dare Durosimi has described accountability and reporting as essential components of responsible leadership.
Comrade Dare Durosimi says by embracing accountability and reporting, leaders promote transparency, encourage responsible behavior, and drive informed decision making.
Comrade Durosimi appreciates members of the union for their commitment and participation in the year 2024 union’s zonal activities which included South-West meetings, New Minimum Wage Industrial action, Ekiti State Council Election, Monthly medical Screening, South-West SEC & SAC Training, NLC Rain & Harmattan School, South West 3-Day Zonal Workshop, Book Launch and Awards amongst others.
He says members active participation made these events successful and a reference point for others to emulate.
The National Vice President also commends the State Council and Chapter Executives’ involvement, support and solidarity in the face of challenges in pursuit of better welfare for members in the year 2024.
Durosimi enjoins members to be prepared for more robust activities in the year 2025 targeted at members welfare and wellbeing.
He concluded by wishing all members of RATTAWU happy New Year in advance.
