PASTOR ASHIMOLOWO OBSERVES ANNUAL RITUAL, FETES SEVENTEEN THOUSAND WIDOWS

Senior pastor who doubles as the founder of leading new generation worship center, Kingsway International Christian Centre, KIIC, Mathew Ashimolowo, may have had one or two controversial issues to his name but the stylish man of God has not allowed this to deter him from walking in the way of God and living up to responsibilities attached to it.

In his bid to live up to expectation as a man of God who is evidently blessed, Ashimolowo, over a number of years has made it a point of duty to impact the less privileged in the society on a yearly basis. It is on record the dark skinned man of God, has in the past given out scholarships to indigent students, provided for the widows and many others in different categories.  In this same vein, Ashimolowo, in this New Year, has observed his gesture, which could be said to have become a yearly affair for him. With a few of other notable men of God, such as Wole Oladiyun, S.K Abiara, Felix Adejumo in attendance, the host pastor recently distributed food items, fabrics and money to about seventeen thousand widows who converged on King’s University, Ode Omu, Osun state, from different towns in the state to benefit from the gesture.
