News of the passing away of General Adetunji Idowu, has been reported.
He was a former military administrator of Oyo State and served as Interim Administrator of Ekiti State following declaration of State of Emergency by the then President Olusegun Obasnajo Civilian Administration.
He also contested for the Governorship of Ogun State in 2011.
The Ilaro Ogun State General had a sterling career in the military.
He was 78 years.
