Management of leading financial institution, First Bank has asked the general public to disregard rumor that the organization has shut down operations in the South East part of the country, saying it’s a total falsehood.
Rumour had broken out saying First Bank had shut down its operations in the South East part of the country, due to insecurity that has pavaded the region in recent time.
A public announcement made by First Bank reads “This is to inform the public that our South East branches are fully open for business. Please disregard any news making the rounds that is contrary to this”.
