Minister of State (FMITI) Mariam Katagum
In the same vein, the Minister of State (FMITI), Mariam Katagum, shared a few nuggets of success which she’d also adopted when serving in similar capacity. “You’re the representative of Mr. President, so it also means you’d adopt serious discipline because the tone of the mission will be based on what you set. If you go to work on time, the officers there will be there on time. If you’re not there on time, the officers too won’t be there…I know some missions you’d call at 11am and they’d pretend they’re in the office when they’re actually not there…Please my dear brother, you’re going to make a great difference there…”, she urged.
Garba Abubakar, the Registrar General of the Corporate Affairs Commission, also lauded Demola Seriki, whom he assured is a round peg in a round hole.
“We’re therefore not surprised that President Muhammadu Buhari found the chairman worthy of this position. His new responsibility would afford him the opportunity to negotiate agreements and treaties between the two countries which would further strengthen our bi-lateral relationship.”
