Gov Adeleke’s Sack : Is Primate Ayodele’s Prophecy At Play?

The executive governor of Osun state, Ademola Adeleke has been sacked from office by the election tribunal that sat in Osun earlier today. The former governor, Gboyega Oyetola was immediately declared as the winner of the July 2022 governorship election.

Before the election held in July, many prophets gave prophecies as that is the usual practice in Nigeria; whenever it’s election period, men of God begin to reveal God’s mind about the election and it sometimes serves as direction for the electorates.

Among the prominent men of God was Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church who is very popular for his political prophetic declarations. Primate Ayodele when asked about the Osun governorship election noted that Ademola Adeleke will not win the election.

These were his words

‘’In Osun State, the election will be volatile, they need prayers for the election so that God can take control. PDP will only try its best but I don’t see PDP flag in the state or any other party. It’s still APC. Governor Oyetola will retain his seat, he should just put more efforts.’’ (https://dailypost.ng/2022/07/18/flashback-osun-how-primate-ayodele-prophesied-gov-oyetolas-victory/)

However, against his prophecies, Ademola Adeleke won the governorship election and this led to many people calling Primate Ayodele unprintable names. They called him out for issuing a fake prophecy that didn’t come to pass but one strange thing about it is that Primate Ayodele never denied his prophecy on the election, he stood by the prophecy to the surprise of many. Even though Primate Ayodele had said in 2021 that Governor Oyetola’s victory isn’t certain because his house isn’t in order, he didn’t dismiss the later one regarding Adeleke’s loss. This is highly commendable of the man of God

When the man of God was asked about the reason behind the prophecy for Adeleke’s loss, He simply said the later prophecy was a declaration because he had seen that Oyetola would lose the election but He made the declaration as an appeal to God because he wanted Oyetola to win the election.

“I owe nobody any apologies, without a doubt, I have a strong interest in Oyetola. What I did was a make a prophetic declaration on Osun and not a prophesy like many have been insinuating. My first prophesy in which I said he was not going to win the election except he did the needful stands. The other prophecy I made is a prophetic declaration out of my love and interest in Oyetola. I have a personal likeness for the man and feel attached to him. I will never change what I said because he lost that election, I will never do that. I won’t make any attempt to twist what I said. I spoke to God and said, God, let this man win this election even though, from my earlier prophecy, what I saw showed that it was going to be difficult for him to win. That was a prophetic declaration. There is a big difference between a prophetic declaration and prophecy. Anyone can go online and check my prophecy at the early part of the year, what I said regarding the Osun election is written clearly in black and white. People need to understand the difference between the prophetic declaration and prophesy. There is no doubt that my heart was with Oyetola because I love him, but I knew that the prophecy did not favour him. I wanted God to change the prophecy but the Lord chose to stand on what he said earlier and there is nothing anybody can do to change that. The fact that he did not win does not mean I will change what I said or twist what God said. I knew exactly what God said, I only wanted him to change it that was why I made that declaration.”

In recent times, some prophets have said words and totally changed it when they didn’t come to pass; Prophet Tibetan who predicted the victory of France against Argentina in the world cup suddenly said the Argentine carried sacrifice to change the prophecy, Prophet Faleyinmu who said he will become a herbalist if Atiku or Tinubu wins the presidential election suddenly retracted his statement last week to favour Atiku but Primate Ayodele has never been seen doing such. He is no doubt a true prophet.

With Adeleke’s sack as Osun governor, isn’t it right to say Primate Ayodele’s prophecy is coming to pass? Many called him out for his prophecy on the election but they forgot that none of God’s word will go unfulfilled. Primate Ayodele sees beyond human reasoning and he has just proven this once again with the sack of Ademola Adeleke as Osun governor.

Whether or not the appeal court reinstate Adeleke as the governor of Osun state, it is on record that the tribunal has declared Oyetola as the winner of the election. This alone has fulfilled the prophecy of Primate Elijah Ayodele.
