Appeal Court sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital has upturned the life imprisonment conviction of prophet Babatunde Alfa over disappearance of Gold Kolawole in his Church, Sotitobire Praising Chapel in November 2019.
In a judgement delivered today the court acquitted the founder of Sotitobire praising chapel of conspiring and aiding and abetting the disappearance of one year old Gold Kolawole in his church
Prophet Alfa was on October the 6 2020 convicted by an ondo state high court on two count charge of conspiracy and aiding and abetting the kidnap of the one year old boy.
