With unity of purpose and working with sincerity of purpose coupled with purposeful leadership, Nigeria can become the best country in the whole world.
Reiterating this fact, the Aarebirin Hon. Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba, Vice Chairman, Ikorodu Local Government Area, Lagos state, has urged Nigerians to be united noting that being together, we can change the narratives to be one of the greatest country in the world.
Olabanji-Oba who is the current National Deputy Chairman, Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria (ALGOVC), stated this during her closing remarks at the award Night and book launch organised by the Association in Abuja recently.
“I just want to wish everybody the best and together we will change the narratives of this great country to one of the best in the world,” she explained.
The workaholic lady, known for her peaceful disposition and an avid peacemaker, appealled to all the stakeholders including women and youths to be committed to peace and believe in oneness of the country.
As a people, let’s “ensure that we live together in peace and harmony so that we can continue to enjoy the good of the land and take advantage of the numerous potentials to galvanise a better future.
“It’s worthy to note that the Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria’s vision is to achieve concrete and sustainable contribution to national and international efforts, to create a protective environment for citizens at the grassroots against all harm, and to protect their right to survival, development and wellbeing as established under the convention on human right.”
