Kemi, wife of immediate past Governor of Sunshine state, Ondo, Dr. Olusegun Rahman Mimiko, while her stay lasted in office as the state First Lady, was well loved by many, and the simple reason for this is because rather than project herself, she made supporting her husband her priority and to cater and carry the female folks along in the state. Her unassuming and non-flamboyant is another reason she is admired by so many others.
The beautiful woman, since her husband quit office has returned into her shell, just the way she was before they assumed office. Meanwhile, the woman recently hit her golden jubilee and based on her status and the fact that it’s a milestone age, a grand bash was expected by many but contrary to expectation, the former Ondo state first family played it down. While she was overseas with her hubby, circle of her aides in office felt it would not be out of place to celebrate such a great woman and a get together was held in her honor in Akure. Meanwhile, a school of thought has it that the former first family may have opted for their decision as a way of identifying with the down trodden, especially at a time realities of the recession is biting hard.
