That former Works Minister who doubles as Peoples Democratic Party Chieftain, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, would ever be in the boat being captained by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is one thing no one would ever have imagined taking place, but popular say, never say never, may have found its way into the situation as JustNews can authoritatively reveal Ogunlewe has eventually ditched his ego to come under the leadership of Bola Tinubu, by dumping his PDP membership to turn All Progressives Congress member. He also took with him, his son, Moyosore, a two time House of Assembly aspirant under PDP.

Although, while his decision to swallow his pride is seen by some as an act of sacrifice for his son’s political future who might become a veteran aspirant in the opposition if the needful is not done, others are of the view the former minister may have been broke as well as tired of being a spectator like an alien in a state he should be enjoying some benefits even as he possesses a huge political stature.

At an APC victory party that was recently held in Ogudu, Lagos East senator –elect, a powerful, highly strategic and well loved grass root politician, Honourable Bayo Osinnowo, formally accepted Senator Adeseye and his son, Moyosore into the fold of APC.  Meanwhile, prior to the official declaration for their new party, it was learnt Ogunlewe along with his son, had gone to seek the face of Honourable Osinowo in his house by apologising for their wrongs of the past and declare their intentions to become part of the ruling party. As Ogunlewe asked Pepper as Osinowo is fondly called, to deliver his message to Asiwaju, he reportedly admitted the supremacy of Jagaban and categorically said, Tinubu is the greatest politician in the South West.

Senator Ogunlewe’s tall and handsome son, Moyo, it will be recall in 2015 contested for the seat of Kosofe constituency 1 in the Lagos House of Assembly against Honourable Osinowo, but lost. Again, he contested for the same seat in recently concluded general elections against one young man who is widely known as OKLA and he lost woefully once more.
