Primate Ayodele Clears Hospital Bills, Visits Aged Members Of His Church

In continuation of his three-week annual thanksgiving programme, The Leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has cleared the hospital bills of some of his church members with sight problems.

He also visited aged members and the less privileged in their homes to spend time with them, pray with them and offer them financial assistance.

In addition to his visit to the aged and less privileged, Primate Ayodele paid visits to his church members that attend services from far distance.

According to Primate Ayodele, the essence of the visit was to celebrate the aged and less privileged to enable him share in their pain, feel the same way they feel and offer assistance where necessary apart from the church service empowerment he does for all his members.

Primate Ayodele explained that he would not stop visiting his church members because he recognizes that it is his duty to ensure they are in a good state apart from the spiritual responsibilities he has over them. He noted that the visit is to encourage them and show them that they are very important to the body of Christ.

‘’I want to feel the same way my members feel, I want to share in their pain and want to offer assistance in any way I can, that’s why I took it upon myself to visit the aged, less privileged and cleared the hospital bills of those with sight problems.’’

‘’ I do this every year during my annual thanksgiving programme and I won’t stop because they are my ‘sheep’, I am their shepherd and I should always check on them to ensure they are in a good state. Apart from the spiritual responsibility, their welfare is equally important to me and this is why I went round to visit them.’’

‘’Some of them come from far distances to church services and at a time like this when transport fare has skyrocketed, it’s not easy yet they find their way to church. Encouraging them is the best I can do and that’s why I am with them today.’’

The three-week long annual thanksgiving began on Monday, 29th Of January and will end on Sunday, 18th Of February, 2024 with the opening of a new church cathedral. Since the programmes started, Primate Ayodele has visited schools, hospitals, police stations, and security agencies to offer spiritual assistance.

It is also worthy of note that Primate Ayodele’s annual thanksgiving programme always features massive empowerment including gifting of vehicles to members, payment of accommodation fees, scholarships for students, gifting of landed properties, to mention a few.
