Prominent Nigerians Set to Grace  BSTAN Group House Fair

BSTAN Group, one of the key players in the real estate sector, is set to hold its ‘National House Fair 5.0’ which seeks to provide lasting solutions in the area of housing by tackling the housing deficit bedeviling the country.
The Group Managing Director, BSTAN, Dr Becky Olubukola speaking during a press conference Thursday in Abuja, said that the Fair would attract dignitaries from the Presidency, Senate, House of Representatives, as well as various ministries and key players in the housing industry, considering the state of the economy which needs serious emergency.

Olubukola also disclosed that the group has put together, a beauty pageantry: “Face of National House Fair”, aimed at encouraging the girl child as the winner stands the chance to go home with cash prizes worth millions, courtesy of National House Fair, a brand new car and a 12-month ambassadorial deal.
She added that the group is coming up with the metro shelter concept across every 36 states of the country to reduce the migration from rural to urban areas and build a business line, create urbanisation in those rural environments and many more.
This year’s Fair she said, entails the celebration of 15 years anniversary of the Group and 5years anniversary of the National House Fair, explaining that the National House Fair was borne out of passion for the citizens of the nation, Nigeria and Africa at large.
Speaking on the various achievements and contributions of the National House Fair since its inception, she said, “The National House Fair which started 5 years ago, has been a tremendous success, it has brought good tidings to the citizens of this country. The last five years, we have provided over 10,000 houses in several states of this country and several families have been able to acquire their property; a plot of land, or a basic apartment through the National House Fair that happens every year. This year’s Fair will be happening at the International Conference Centre Abuja beginning from 7th to 8th and 9th, October 2021.

“We have several side attractions for this year’s event and this milestone we have achieved – the street carnival which would be first of its kind, starting from the 5th to 6th October 2021.
