Gov Fubara Receives Magnus Abe-led Rainbow Coalition Reconciliation Committee
Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has received members of the Senator Magnus Abe-led Reconciliation Committee of the Rainbow Coalition in Rivers State at the Government House in Port Harcourt.

Also part of the visit is the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State, Kingsley Chinda.
The committee visited the governor on Sunday as part of efforts to strengthen reconciliation and foster greater political cooperation among stakeholders in the state.
The visit comes days after Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike disclosed during a media briefing that a reconciliation committee headed by Abe had been constituted as part of efforts to consolidate the Rainbow Coalition in Rivers State.
Wike had explained that the committee was set up to engage stakeholders and promote unity within the coalition ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The development further underscores ongoing efforts by political stakeholders to broaden the coalition and reconcile various interests across Rivers State.
Governor Fubara, who welcomed the committee at Government House, was joined by other stakeholders in a photograph during the visit.
