Senator Fatai Buhari has defeated House of Representatives member, Shina Peller to the senatorial ticket for Oyo North.
Buhari scored 570 votes against Mr Peller’s 5 votes in the just concluded APC Oyo North Senatorial primary elections, after it was earlier postponed on Saturday.
Senator Fatai Buhari will be looking to retunt to the Red Chamber for the third time, if he wins at the general election in 2023.
