Ever wondered what Amala is asides from a meal. Amala is a traditional Nigerian food particularly among the Yoruba people in the southwestern region of Nigeria. It’s smooth, stretchy texture and can be served with variety of rich soups.
Made from Yam flour (elubo) dried Yam that has been ground into powder. Cassava flour sometimes used as alternative.
