Tinubu travels to Netherlands, Saudi Arabia for high-level talks

President Bola Tinubu is on an official visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Tuesday. where he will engage in high-level discussions with Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

A statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, said the president’s visit to the Netherlands is at the instance of Prime Minister Rutte.

The President will also hold discussions with King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima and participate in the Nigerian-Dutch Business and Investment Forum to explore opportunities for collaboration and partnerships between Nigerian and Dutch businesses.

“The President will engage in discussions with Dutch officials on port management operations, an area where the Netherlands has world-renowned expertise.

“This visit is a significant step towards strengthening economic ties between Nigeria and the Netherlands,” Ngelale said.

President Tinubu will thereafter travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to attend a special World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting scheduled for April 28-29.

“The President will use this opportunity to engage in discussions that further his Renewed Hope Agenda for the country. He will be accompanied by some ministers and senior government officials.

“This visit is a demonstration of President Tinubu’s commitment to economic growth and development. We are confident that it will yield significant benefits for Nigeria,” Ngelale said,
