The Speaker Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, has emerged victorious in his bid to return to the assembly where he represents a constituency from Agege part of state.
As announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, the lawyer turned politician beat other contestants with a wide margin. He polled over 17 thousand votes while the closest person to him, second, Labor party candidate, polled about 3 thousand votes.
