When Umahi paid Bola Tinubu a visit in Abuja (Pictures)

National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu on Friday received  Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi in his Abuja home.

The duo are aspiring to become the president of Nigeria in 2023 on the platform of the APC.

Umahi was at Tinubu’s residence in Abuja on Friday morning.

Umahi had said when he declared for presidency in January 2022 that he was not afraid entering into the race with Tinubu and others considered as the ‘big guns.

He is currently struggling to retain his seat as governor of Ebonyi State after he was sacked by the court for defecting to the APC few days ago.

Umahi has appealed the judgement of the lower court as is eagerly awaiting his fate at the Appeal Court.

The purpose of Umahi’s visit to Tinubu was not known
