The Director General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaigns in Lagos State, Senator Ganiyu Solomon, has explained why Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu should be re-elected in next year’s poll.
He said the governor had performed well across sectors, judging by the effective implementation of his THEMES agenda, adding that his achievements were visible, impactful and verifiable.
The campaign manager spoke on the Television Continental programme: ‘Your View.
Solomon said despite the distractions by COVID-19 and EndSARS protest, Sanwo-Olu lived up to expectation.
He hailed his initiative in the transportation sector, particularly the realisation of the intra-city train project.
He also lauded his intervention in disaster prevention and management through the upgrading of the firefighting station, and supply of equipment for effective performance
Noting that Lagos State had been blessed with competent governors since 1999, Solomon said successive governors had implemented the development plan initiated by former Governor Bola Tinubu, the architect of modern Lagos.
