If there is one thing that readily comes to mind when Ilesha, Osun State-born Tayo Ayeni comes up for discussion is his success as a business man of note. True to this, dark skinned Tayo no doubt has a place among the successful ones around. Through his visionary ability, calculative mind , shrewdness and ceaselessly being abreast of trends, he has been able to weather all sorts of economic realities for many years that he still stands stall as a business man especially as a frontline auto dealer that is his claim to fame.

Aside his tested and trusted business sense, the billionaire is also known to be one who goes all out whenever he has a reason to celebrate and that created the idea of what to expect when news filtered to town that his better half, Adetutu would be 50 even as the event turned out to be one of the most anticipated events.

Tayo Ayeni eventually celebrated his wife’s golden jubilee anniversary days ago and it’s echoes is still going on all that went down at the bash in terms of the trappings deployed and the rare showing of the dwellers of the high society at the lavish bash.

The event began in the presence of the Lord as the birthday girl, her darling husband, family and friends gathered at the Church of Nativity, Parkview, Ikoyi. Later, guests were hosted to a sumptuous reception at the Harbor Point, Victoria Island, where food and drinks were aplenty and high quality entertainment was provided by Shuga Band and King Sunny Ade.

Guests on the impressive roll call at the event include: Ogun Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun & wife, Bamidele, Ekiti Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, Kwara Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq, Speaker House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu, Senator Ibikunle Amosun and wife, Olufunso, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Hajia Bola Shagaya, Mrs. Femi Otedola’s wife, Nana, Senator Mohammed Daggash, Bashorun Dele Momodu.

Also in attendance were: Timi Alaibe, Chief Mike Inegbese and wife, Mary, Aremo Olusegun Osoba, Razaka and Shade Okoya, Prince Bolu Akin-Olugbade, Lady Maiden Ibru, Sir Olu Okeowo and wife, Joke, Alara-elect Folarin Ogunsanwo among others.
