Frontline leader of the influential Governor’s Advisory Council, GAC, in the Lagos All Progressives Congress, APC, Cardinal James Omolaja Odumbaku, popularly called Baba Eto has lost his mum, Madam Jimaima Ajike Odunmbaku (Nee Dasaolu) at the ripe age of 95.
A statement by the family on Saturday quoted Baba Eto, a close ally of former Lagos governor and national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu confirming that Madam Odunmbaku died Friday night.
The late business woman and community leader is survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. The statement added that a burial arrangement would soon be announced by the family while acknowledging and expressing appreciation to al friends , associates and family members who have been calling and paying visits to the Ikosi Lagos home of Cardinal Odunmbaku and Budland, Ojodu headquaters of his Church, City of God cathedral, to condole the family
